The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for receiving, registering, and coding submissions before passing them on to the Managing Editors. The Managing Editors, in conjunction with the Editorial Board, will pre-assess the articles for academic relevance, scope, and style and format. If the manuscript meets the journal's guidelines, the Editor-in-Chief will send the abstract to two anonymous potential reviewers in the relevant field. The reviewers will be selected based on their recent publications related to the field of the received manuscript. If the reviewers are willing to review the manuscript, they can download it from the journal portal or by Email. The reviewers can upload their comments in the journal portal/Email. The comments of referees/reviewers will be sent to the anonymous authors. The authors' response to the reviewers' comments and the revised manuscript will be sent to the reviewers. The reviewers may provide their final decision or send further comments to enhance the quality of the manuscript.

If one of the reviewers identifies a fundamental methodological error or any flaws, ethical violations, etc., that the editor agrees with, the manuscript will be rejected regardless of other positive feedback.

Based on both the reviewers' decisions on the revised manuscript, the final decision will be made by the Editor-in-Chief. The editor has the authority to overrule reviewers—for instance, rejecting a paper despite positive reviews if it doesn't fit the journal's current scope, or accepting one despite a split decision. The manuscript's status is notified via Email as well as on the journal's author dashboard.
